Order Issues
You can track your order on our Order Tracking page. Enter your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout to view the latest status.
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at hi@maisonvantier.com with the name, email, or phone number used at checkout.
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address, product, or cancellation status.
If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually update the address. Email us immediately with your order number and the correct address. If the package has already shipped, the carrier may not allow address changes.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes. We ship worldwide to most countries and regions. Available shipping options will appear at checkout based on your destination.
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders $39+. For orders under $39, shipping is $5.99.
Delivery time depends on your destination and local carrier processing. Most orders are processed first, then handed to the shipping carrier. Tracking details will be sent once the order ships.
Tracking can pause while a package is moving between carrier facilities or clearing customs. If there is no update for several business days, contact us and we will help check the shipment status.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in eligible condition according to our Refund Policy.
Email us at hi@maisonvantier.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will review your request and provide the next steps.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.
Leather products naturally show handling marks over time. Returned items must be in acceptable condition and include the original product and packaging where possible. Items showing heavy wear, damage, or misuse may not be eligible.
Product Questions
Select the exact device model shown in the product options. Phone camera layouts and dimensions can vary by model, so choose the model name that matches your device.
MagSafe Support means the case is designed to work with compatible magnetic accessories and wireless charging setups. Performance can vary depending on the charger, accessory, and phone model.
Leather color can vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings, and natural material differences. Grain, tone, and surface character may also vary from piece to piece.
Many MAISONVANTIER products use full grain leather or leather-style materials depending on the product. Please check the individual product page for the exact material description.
Leather Care
Keep it dry, wipe gently with a soft cloth, and avoid harsh cleaners. Do not soak the leather or use alcohol-based products on the surface.
Yes. With regular use, leather may darken, soften, and develop subtle marks. This is part of the natural aging process and gives each piece its own character.
Gently blot away moisture with a clean, dry cloth and let it air dry naturally. Avoid heat, direct sunlight, hair dryers, or radiators, as they can dry out or damage the leather.
Light marks can often soften with use or gentle rubbing from a clean cloth. Deeper scratches may remain as part of the leather surface. Avoid over-treating the material.
Warranty & Support
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective or develops an issue related to workmanship, contact us with your order number and clear photos.
Normal leather aging, patina, scratches, color changes, accidental damage, water damage, misuse, and general wear from daily use are not considered manufacturing defects.
Please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery. Include your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging so we can review the issue quickly.
